The Lift App is intended to support your fitness journey by providing tools to track and monitor your workouts. However, it is important to understand that using the app does not eliminate the inherent risks associated with weightlifting and physical exercise. The developer of the Lift App is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of using the app. Users should ensure they are following proper lifting techniques and consult with fitness professionals as needed.

Data and Privacy

The Lift App collects limited information through third-party advertising services, such as Google Ads, to display relevant advertisements. These services may collect information such as device identifiers, IP address, and app usage data to provide personalized ads.

All workout data entered into the app is stored locally on your device using Apple’s secure storage system. As we do not utilize any external servers, your workout data remains confined to your device, ensuring maximum privacy and security. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any data you enter into the Lift App. You are also responsible for any activities that occur under your use of the app.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of the Lift App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the app; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of your data; (iii) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the app by any third party; (iv) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the app. In no event shall the developer’s total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the app.
